Listening in Challenging Times

Clece Care Gateshead has developed a culture that enables and supports a continuous improvement, where people feel comfortable telling us what and how we can improve.

This inclusive and positive culture is based on the values of dignity and respect, transparency, flexibility, learning and reflection, joint-working and commitment to quality care and support.
We involve and consult our staff and people we support when making changes.

For this reason, we wanted to know about how people felt in light of the company’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The feedback received is important to us and suggestions, feedback and constructive comments have been analysed and taken into consideration so we can keep improving and learning together.
As a result of the Surveys we have generated a detailed report and “You said, we did”action plan to provide effective responses and actions to improve the service.
